He was well known for his role as Dollar Zhang in Cannes Palme d'Or nominated movie 'Mountains May Depart' directed by Jia Zhang-Ke in 2015. He later starred the lead role Zhu Chaoyang in iQiyi's original drama "The Secret Corner".
